Dear Programmers,
we are looking for a 8-10 LONG TERM software developer(s) / team(s) to work with us on HUNDREDS similar ADULT projects in a time frame about 2 years (later maintenance of the projects possible).

Most projects will be in the lower range of $100 - $400, but a few types might raise couple hundreds dollars above $400. Project price will be determined by the difficulty and number of functions the project will have.

We will pay $50 to hired programmers for completing the following (just to cover the time devoted to this small recruitment job) :

1. Decompile source SWF file/files. The SWF is located on our partner's website, to which we do not have direct access!

2. Create new FLA, which connects to the partner's website Flash Media Server. Successful connection is when server accepts connection and creates stream. Application must contain successful authorization and connection to FMS (to which you can attach video and audio stream)

3. Find the first (callback) function used to communicate with the FMS (in the decompiled SWF file). Make it work in the new FLA file.

The actual projects will be exactly like the four steps above, except the last point. We need to get working several (mostly the same) functions for each project.

All projects will be created using Action Script 3 in Adobe Flash and using communication with Flash Media Server. The language of each SWF source code differs, mostly Action Script 3 (some Action Script 2), written in Flash or Flex.
